DANVILLE, Pa. — A ghostly parade lit up the night in part of Montour County.
The annual Danville Halloween Parade stepped off along East Market Street.
The creepy festivities were canceled last year because of COVID-19.
Dozens of businesses and organizations decked out vehicles and floats for its return.
Judges cast their votes for who they believed showed the most Halloween spirit.
