MONTOUR COUNTY, Pa. — A body found in Montour County Friday has been identified.
Officials with the Montour County Coroner's Office have identified the body found on Creek Road in Liberty Township late Friday morning as 19-year-old Kevin Cagle of Williamsport.
Officials have ruled Cagle's death as a homicide.
