MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — A New Jersey woman is dead after a crash in Monroe County.
Troopers say 27-year-old Chantalle Cecconi's car broke down Sunday night in the northbound lanes of Interstate 380 near Tobyhanna.
Another driver saw her car and moved into the left lane but Cecconi abruptly ran in front of that vehicle and was hit.
She was taken to the hospital, where she later died.
