MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — Pocono Mountain Regional Police say Charles Rauch, 86 of Pocono Lake, is the man killed in a crash earlier this month.
It happened on Route 940 in Tobyhanna Township near Blakeslee on July 9.
Two cars were involved, one vehicle ended up on its side.
Police have not said what led to the deadly crash in Monroe County.
