DELAWARE WATER GAP, Pa. — Two families are displaced after flames scorched their homes in Monroe County.
Fire crews were called to Broad Street in Delaware Water Gap around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
They say an electrical issue with the dryer sparked flames in one home.
The fire then spread into the walls, damaging the home next door.
In total, nine people live in the two homes that burned in the fire.
