STROUD TOWNSHIP -- A township supervisor has been charged with stealing from the township he serves in Monroe County.
Authorities with the state attorney general's office say James Decker, 61, a Stroud Township supervisor and road master used township fuel credit cards for his own personal use.
He allegedly bought more than $2,000 worth of fuel with no intention of repaying Stroud Township.
