Feliciano Meuses has been found safe, according to state police.

The search is underway for a missing man in Monroe County.
Feliciano Meuses, 71, was last seen in the area of Independence Road in East Stroudsburg around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to state police.
Meuses was wearing glasses, a black and orange baseball cap, a black jacket, and blue jeans.
Police believe Meuses may be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused.
Anyone with information on Mueses' whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or Pennsylvania State Police Stroudsburg at 570-619-6480.
