PRICE TOWNSHIP -- Nearly two weeks into the search for an accused cop killer, the community is showing its support for all those troopers trying to track down Eric Frein.
State police are now concentrating their search in a five square mile area around Canadensis, but the man who they say shot and killed a state trooper and injured another almost two weeks ago is still on the run.
The boundaries of the search continue to change as state police find new evidence of where Frein may be now.
The community known as Wildwood Manor development just about two miles from Route 447 in the Canadensis area is where we're getting a sense of Thursday's search efforts. All the way up and down Seese Hill Road we've seen troopers staked out.
Much of the activity in the daylight began with a caravan of investigators. They're making their way in and out all day of what they call the five square mile area of Monroe County where they think Eric Frein is hiding.
Just a quick drive through here and you really get a sense of how thick the woods are, making it even more difficult for search teams to spot the accused killer.
Troopers are hoping evidence they showed the media on Wednesday will lead them closer to Frein including Serbian cigarette packs believed to be smoked by the suspect. Photos of the Jeep Frein apparently ditched were also released.
Authorities think the 31-year-old suspect also left behind diapers in the woods which they believe Frein used to stay in one spot for extended periods of time.
This now marks day 13 to of the investigation.
Neighbors tell us while they're supporting police in their efforts to find Frein. Some people we talked with say despite the evidence found, some believe Eric Frein is no longer in the Poconos.
"I don't think I'd be carrying diapers around if I was on the run and I don't think I'd be in this area if I did what he did," said Price Township resident Patrick Conors. "I don't think he's around. They've searched and searched."
We should stress although some neighbors think Eric Frien has left our area but police think otherwise and remain relentless with their search efforts.
