STROUD TOWNSHIP -- A power outage had some stores at the Stroud Mall in Monroe County in the dark.
Mall management said the movie theater, Bon-Ton, and Sears, lost power around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The mall decided to stay open even though managers weren't sure what caused the outage.
"We're remaining open. People are still sticking around. Unfortunately, the movies aren't running, but we're hoping to get it fixed sooner than later," Stroud Mall General Manager Anita Mead said.
The power came back on around 3:30 p.m.
The power outage also affected some traffic lights near the mall along with car dealerships and other business in that part of Monroe County.
