MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — An investigation in part of Monroe County has a road closed Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to a reported assault in Pocono Township around 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Officers then closed down Brookdale Road so they could investigate.
So far, there has been no word on whether anyone was hurt or if anyone is in custody after the reported assault near Swiftwater.
