MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — A man from the Poconos is locked up on a slew of child sex charges.
Police say 49-year-old Christopher Horsfield of Stroud Township sexually abused a child.
During the investigation, officers discovered he was also allegedly making and distributing child sexual abuse materials.
Horsfield faces rape of a child, child pornography, and related charges in Monroe County.
