STROUD TOWNSHIP, PA — A 70-year-old man from Monroe County faces fraud and money laundering charges.
Nazim Hassam of Bartonsville is accused of making false statements to obtain over $80,000 in loans from the paycheck protection program.
Those loans were meant to help businesses impacted by the COVID crisis.
