SOUTH CAROLINA, USA — A Monroe County man accused of rape is now in custody in South Carolina.
Stroud Area Regional Police say Angelo Grieco, 55, was charged last year, but they couldn't find him. Grieco was wanted for rape and additional related offenses.
According to the U.S. Marshals, Grieco was arrested without incident at a motor home on Thursday, Feb. 29 in Johnsonville, South Carolina.
Grieco remains at the Florence County Detention Center to be arraigned as he waits to be extradited back to Monroe County to face charges.
