STROUDSBURG, Pa. — A man is locked up in Monroe County after allegedly attacking someone walking a dog.
It happened just before 11:30 a.m. Monday morning in Stroudsburg, not far from the Monroe County Courthouse.
Police say Adam Male, 43, of Saylorsburg, randomly punched the dog-walking victim and then shoved another victim to the ground.
He faces assault and other charges in Monroe County.
