Magisterial District Judge Colleen Mancuso can no longer process any cases, according to an order issued by Monroe President Judge Margherita Patti-Worthington.

MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — A magisterial district judge in Monroe County cannot handle any cases.

Monroe President Judge Margherita Patti-Worthington issued an order back in December saying Magisterial District Judge Colleen Mancuso cannot process any search warrants, criminal warrants, or preliminary arraignments.

MDJ Mancuso is the wife of newly elected Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso.

All of those cases will be temporarily assigned to the magistrate on emergency duty.
