MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — A lucky lottery player in Monroe County is $1 million richer.
A $1 million-winning $1,000,000 Game Scratch-Off was sold at the Wawa store on Milford Road in East Stroudsburg.
The store gets a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
