The starting bid for the old Buck Hill Inn near Cresco is $350,000.
The place closed in 1991 and is rumored to be haunted. It was featured on an MTV show called "Fear" back in 2000.
The Buck Hill Inn in Monroe County is scheduled to go up for auction next month.
