STROUD TOWNSHIP — The coroner confirmed that a body was found in Brodhead Creek in Monroe County on Sunday.
Anthony Luvando, 24, or East Stroudsburg was found dead in the water by a swimmer just before 2 p.m.
The coroner said he believes Luvando was in the water for more than a day.
Luvando’s mom reported him missing the day before.
The cause of death won’t be certain until the autopsy is done on Tuesday.
