TOBYHANNA, Pa. — Police have charged a man from Nanticoke with the rape of a child in Monroe County.
Darcy Caesar is charged with rape of a child and other related charges.
The victim, now 15, told police he was sexually assaulted on two occasions at a home in Tobyhanna when he was seven.
Police said Caesar also sexually assaulted the brother of the victim in New York.
