WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A woman has been arrested for murder in Lycoming County.
Shakya El, 21, of Williamsport, is accused in connection with the shooting and killing of a man on Bridge Street in Williamsport in April 2020.
Officials believe El texted Amir Nobles, 28, of Philadelphia, and lured him to Bridge Street to be shot. Officials say that there were two shooters who shot Nobles in his car.
Shakya El is locked up in the Lycoming County Prison. She faces murder and conspiracy charges.
Police are still searching for other individuals involved in the deadly shooting.
