WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A man is dead after a shooting in Williamsport.
According to police, Semaj Mozee, 18, was killed at his family's home. The deadly shooting occurred with his younger siblings in the home.
Officers were called to Mozee's home in the 600 block of Campbell Street just after midnight Monday morning.
Police say Mozee was shot in the second story of the home. According to Mozee's mother, she and her other children were inside the house at the time of the shooting, but none of them were harmed.
Mozee was transported to UPMC Williamsport right across the street. He later died from his gunshot wound in the operating room.
Police tell Newswatch 16 that no one has been taken into custody, and they are still investigating at this time.
Family members tell Newswatch 16 that they hope the shooter is caught soon.
