WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A police investigation is underway in Lycoming County after they received reports of shots fired.
Officers were called to the area of Park Ave, searched the area, and located suspects.
The victim of the shooting had to go to the emergency room with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
