One rescued from house fire in Williamsport

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Several companies were called to a house fire in Lycoming County.

Flames broke out just after 7 p.m. Sunday night along West 4th Street in Williamsport.

Officials say five people were home at the time of the fire. Crews were able to get everyone out safely, even rescuing one person through a window of the home.

The cause of the fire is under investigation in Williamsport.
