LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A man is facing charges after police say one of his children shot the other.
Police say Mark Dunlap Sr., 35, told his children not to tell anyone after his 7-year-old son shot his 11-year-old brother in October.
Police say Dunlap never got medical care for the child.
The boy was taken to the hospital by his mother earlier this month.
Dunlap is facing child endangerment charges in Lycoming County.
