LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A man is facing charges after allegedly failing to make t-shirts for a 9/11 motorcycle ride in Lycoming County.
The 9/11 Memorial Coalition paid 36-year-old Michael Ritter nearly $7,500 to make shirts for the ride.
But they say Ritter did not make shirts, nor refund the money.
According to police, Ritter did the same thing to the Clinton Township Fire Department.
He faces theft charges in Lycoming County.
Thousands of bikers take part in the annual ride, and organizers say it wouldn't be possible without the t-shirt sale.
The ride did go on as planned last night here in Lycoming County.
