WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Police arrested the person they believe shot and killed a man.
Police say Seneca Mitchell shot Semaj Mozee at a home on Campbell Street in 2020.
Mozee later died at the hospital.
Police arrested Mitchell; he faces homicide and other charges.
