HUGHESVILLE, Pa. — It's been a few months since an armed robbery took place at the Citgo on North Main Street, and state police believe they caught the man who robbed the Lycoming County business.
Investigators say Connor Winter robbed the business on November 18.
Winter allegedly used a gun and passed the cashier a note demanding cash.
Winter is locked up.
