WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — An investigation is underway after shots were fired in part of Lycoming County on Saturday.
Police say a man walking along the 600 block of 2nd Avenue in Williamsport fired several shots at a black sedan driving along the roadway around noon.
Both the man and the vehicle fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
