PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- Investigators have a possible break in a woman's disappearance more than 15 years ago in Lycoming County.
Police think human remains found in Philadelphia might be connected to the case.
Troopers took 49-year-old Jade Babcock into custody for abuse of a corpse after those remains were found at a storage shed in Philadelphia on Tuesday.
Police say a tip about a missing person investigation out of Montoursville from 2003 led them to the shed.
Authorities have not identified the remains, but according to Crime Watch PA, Brenda Jacobs went missing in Montoursville in 2003. The mother of two was last seen in December of that year.
