Four charged in Williamsport double-homicide investigation

Four people have been charged for their roles in the deaths of Alisha Seese and Ronald Dailey back in January.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Four people have been arrested in a Williamsport homicide investigation.

They have been charged for their roles in the deaths of Alisha Seese and Ronald Dailey in January.

Police say Seese and Dailey, both 37, were found shot to death on Terrace Place in Williamsport.

The two worked in security and were leaving Lycoming Engines at the time.

According to court paperwork, Seese had been dating Troy Bailey for eight years.

When late last year, Seese learned Bailey had allegedly sexually abused two underage girls and a woman, Seese obtained a protection of abuse order from him.

Bailey had originally worked with the victims but was laid off after Seese was granted the PFA order.

That's when police say Bailey began stalking Seese.

On the night of January 11, police say, Bailey and Muhammed Davis, 49, were seen on security video outside the employee parking lot at Lycoming Engines hiding behind Ronald Dailey's vehicle. The two allegedly grabbed Dailey and Seese and put them into Dailey's vehicle. Police say Davis and Bailey forced Dailey to drive them around. Dailey's and Seese's bodies were found shot to death a few hours later.

Bailey's girlfriend, 42-year-old Sandy Perez, is accused of getting rid of the gun.

Randall Johnson, 54, is a security supervisor at Lycoming Engines. He is accused of giving Bailey Alisha Seese's work schedule. According to police, Johnson is the only person who had access to the schedule for security officers at Lycoming Engines.

Bailey and Davis both face homicide and kidnapping charges.

Troy Bailey, Muhammed Davis, and Sandy Perez are locked up in the Lycoming County Jail without bail.

Bail for Randall Johnson was set at $50,000.

All four are expected to be back in court later this month.
