WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Officials are searching for what caused a fire that damaged a home in Williamsport.
The flames sparked at the home along Campbell Street in the city just after 1 a.m. Saturday morning.
Three people were inside at the time. Officials say the smoke alarm woke them up, and they were able to get out safely.
Crews say it was difficult to knock down the flames because of shrubs surrounding the home in Williamsport.
