PENNSYLVANIA, USA — More federal funds are available for those affected by Tropical Storm Debby in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
Debby rolled through back in August, causing catastrophic damage to homes, businesses, roads, and more.
Residents in Trout Run in Lycoming County were hit especially hard by the storm.
On Wednesday, Governor Shapiro announced that local leaders can use FEMA's Public Assistance Program to fix damages to public infrastructure in several counties, including Lycoming, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming.
Low-interest loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration are also available for homeowners, renters, and business owners in Lycoming and Union counties. For more information on how to apply, click here.
