SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Firefighters and game wardens in Lycoming County reunited two bear cubs with their mother on Thursday.
Members of the South Williamsport Fire Department and Pennsylvania Game Commission wardens use a ladder truck to reach the cubs about 60 up in a tree, according to a post on Facebook.
The mother bear was secured by the game wardens before the rescue attempt.
The game wardens will take the animals to a more remote area in the mountains of Lycoming County.
