WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Police have charged a fifth person in a Williamsport double-homicide investigation.

Four people were arrested earlier this month for their roles in the deaths of Alisha Seese and Ronald Dailey in January.

Police say Seese and Dailey, both 37, were found shot to death on Terrace Place. Both worked for a company that provides security at Lycoming Engines.

Troy Bailey, Muhammad Davis, Sandy Perez, and Randall Johnson were all charged on March 5  for their alleged roles in the deaths of Seese and Dailey.

Stacey King, 56, of Williamsport, has now been charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution, perjury, false reports, and obstructing administration of law.

Police say King was in a relationship with Troy Bailey and made false statements to police during interviews, including about the whereabouts of Bailey.

On the night of January 11, police say Troy Bailey and Muhammed Davis, 49, were seen on security video outside the employee parking lot at Lycoming Engines hiding behind Ronald Dailey's vehicle. The two allegedly grabbed Dailey and Seese and put them into Dailey's vehicle. Police say Davis and Bailey forced Dailey to drive them around. Dailey's and Seese's bodies were found shot to death a few hours later.

Bailey's girlfriend, 42-year-old Sandy Perez, is accused of getting rid of the gun.

Randall Johnson, 54, is a security supervisor at Lycoming Engines. He is accused of giving Alisha Seese's work schedule to Bailey.  According to police, Johnson is the only person who had access to the schedule for security officers at Lycoming Engines.

Bailey and Davis both face homicide and kidnapping charges.

Troy Bailey, Muhammed Davis, and Sandy Perez are locked up in the Lycoming County Jail without bail.
