WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — It was a perfect evening to sit outside and enjoy some tunes.
Folks packed Public Square in the Diamond City Friday night to hear Starship featuring Mickey Thomas.
The band performed hits like "We built this city" and "Sara."
"I came out here because I write music, and I love music. That's why I'm out here today." said concert-goer Lester Jackson.
The City of Wilkes-Barre and its partners, including Visit Luzerne County, hosted tonight's free concert.
