LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A flowery festival kicked off on Saturday in Luzerne County.
A parade through West Pittston was part of that borough's annual "Cherry Blossom Festival."
It's a weekend of food, fun and music, with the cherry blossom as the star of the show.
The party along the Susquehanna River here in Luzerne County wraps up on Sunday afternoon.
