LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — The Williamsport Bureau of Police responded to the 500 block of Fifth Avenue in Williamsport on Saturday at 12:40 a.m. for a report of shots fired.
It was reported to police that a large group had gathered in the area and dispersed when the shots were fired.
Police say an adult and a juvenile were hit by the gunfire. The victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
This investigation is active and ongoing.
The Williamsport Bureau of Police asks anyone with information about the shooting to contact them.
