WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — State police are warning drivers to be prepared for traffic delays before and after Trump's rally Saturday.
Trump is scheduled to speak at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township beginning at 4 p.m.
Troopers say to expect temporary delays and closures on Interstate 81 as well as the closure of Exit 168 (Highland Park) in the afternoon in Luzerne County.
