HAZLETON, Pa. — There has been an arrest in a hit and run that injured a teenager early Friday morning in Hazleton.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. West Third Street.
Police say a 16-year-old was grabbing something out of the trunk of a car when Agustin Chacon-Basilio hit a parked car behind the teen, pinning him between the two vehicles.
The driver took off.
Investigators say Chacon-Basilio was found a few blocks away, showing signs of intoxication.
He's locked up in Luzerne County.
