SWOYERSVILLE, Pa. — A community in Luzerne County is celebrating a big milestone.
Swoyersville is turning 125 years old in December and there was a community event held Saturday to celebrate that birthday in advance.
There was a parade along Church Street.
There were also food trucks, vendors, and live music in Roosevelt Park, as well as children's activities at the celebration in Luzerne County.
