WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Some folks in Luzerne County got a special Thanksgiving Delivery from Oakley the NePa Newfie.
The water rescue dog delivered full Thanksgiving meals and pies to four families in the city as well as the Wilkes-Barre Church of Christ.
Oakley was joined by his friend Charlotte.
