LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — State police in Luzerne County are asking for the public's help after a man's car was shot at while traveling on Interstate 81.
Police say the victim was driving a blue truck and was shot at twice around mile marker 175.5 in Pittston township around 11 a.m. Saturday.
