LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A jack-knifed tractor-trailer slowed drivers in Luzerne County.
The rig wrecked into the median of Interstate 81 southbound near milepost 174 near the Dupont/Pittston exit Tuesday afternoon.
Traffic was getting by in one lane, but efforts to remove the truck may block the highway at times.
PennDOT cameras indicated the area was cleared by about 4 p.m.
