WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A man from Luzerne County has been sent to prison after a shooting in Wilkes-Barre last year.

Jonathan McGilvery, 40, of Edwardsville, was sentenced Thursday to one and a half to seven years in prison. He pleaded guilty in April to aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and a firearms charge.
