LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — The trucks were from a power company out of Alabama, and Newswatch 16 spotted them on Interstate 81.
Newswatch 16 has learned that these trucks are providing assistance to Massachusetts.
The state is under a severe weather alert at this time.
