Pothole hotline active in Wilkes-Barre

The city announced Monday that the phone line to report craters in the road is now active.

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — You can now call the mayor with all your pothole concerns in Wilkes-Barre.

Mayor George Brown announced Monday that the city's pothole reporting line is up and running once again.

If you know of a problem spot in the city, you can call 570-208-4237 and talk to someone in the mayor's office or leave a message.

Residents should leave as much detail about the pothole and location as possible.

The mayor's office says the hotline has been crucial to filling those pesky potholes throughout Wilkes-Barre.
