PITTSTON, Pa. — Pittston Police are trying to track down the owner of a dog that was abandoned.
The animal that appeared to be neglected and abused was found Tuesday on Davis Alley.
Officers in Pittston are asking that anyone who lives nearby to check their camera system in an effort to help identify the people responsible.
