KINGSTON, Pa. — Police in Luzerne County have arrested Joseph Porter, 48, after he allegedly tried to solicit a teenager for sex.
Officers say Porter began talking with who he believed was a 15-year-old boy on social media last month.
The undercover officer pretending to be the teen agreed to meet Porter in Kingston.
Porter is facing unlawful contact with a minor and other related offenses in Luzerne County.
