WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police have arrested a man who they say was involved in an armed robbery in Luzerne County.
Officers responded to the Dollar General along Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre Township just after 9 p.m. on June 28.
Investigators say Thadius Ulmer, 58, entered the cash room in the store where staff were counting cash, brandished two guns, and demanded money before fleeing the store.
Ulmer faces robbery and terroristic threats charges.
He is locked up in Luzerne County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing on July 15.
Police are still searching for the driver of the vehicle that Ulmer used to commit the robbery.
