PLYMOUTH, Pa. — A pedestrian has died after being hit by a vehicle while crossing a road in Luzerne County.
It happened before 10:30 a.m. Monday on West Main Street in Plymouth Township.
Henry Swelgin, 94, of Plymouth, died at the hospital after being hit while trying to cross the road, according to state police.
Investigators said the driver did not see Swelgin on the road. There is no word if he will face charges.
